Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register, Investment Funds Association of NZ Incorporated (in liquidation) (“the association”), which has its registered office at Wellington by request under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”) on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidators have filed their final report and statement with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 257 of the Act.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.

Notice is hereby given:

1. That pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Act, the board of directors of the company intends to deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington a request that the company be removed from the Register of Companies on the grounds that at the date of such request the company will have ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
