ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, pursuant to a debenture in its favour bearing date the 14th day of June 1989, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of October 1997, it appointed James Bruce Alfred McAlister as receiver and manager of Nielsen’s Footwear Company Limited’s property.

The office of the receiver and manager is care of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of Nielsen’s Footwear Company Limited’s undertakings, property and assets including uncalled capital, wheresoever situated.
