Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register the above-named companies (“the companies”), which have their registered offices at Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidations have been completed and the liquidators have filed their final reports with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 231 of the Act.

The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is not less than 28 days after the date of this notice.
