Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of October 1997, James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Semangok Trading Limited, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 6th day of July 1995, given by that company.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the company’s undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
