Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Crown and which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) Area “D” on S.O. 60547, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60547, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 51A/480, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 382853 and B. 188687, South Auckland Land Registry;

(ii) Area “D” on S.O. 60550, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60550, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 117/229.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and further declares that:

(i) Areas “D”, “L”, “H” and “T” on S.O. 60545, now known as Section 5, S.O. 60545, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 24C/1377, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 734890, South Auckland Land Registry;

(ii) Areas “G”, “M” and “S” on S.O. 60545, now known as Section 6, S.O. 60545, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 51A/480, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 382853 and B. 188687, South Auckland Land Registry.
