Amendment of a Notice Acquiring a Right of Way Easement at Waingake, Gisborne District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of October 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 19th day of October 1995, No. 117, page 3682, by:

(a) Adding the words "in gross" after the word "easement" in the sixth line of the preamble and deleting the words "forever appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule" from the seventh line of the preamble and;

(b) By deleting the Second Schedule of the notice as amended by that amending notice dated the 13th day of November 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of November 1995, No. 134, page 4373 and;

(c) By inserting the word "in gross" after the word "easement" in the 9th line of the preamble and;

(d) By deleting the words "for access to and use of the land described in the Second Schedule" from the eleventh and twelfth lines of the preamble.
