Authorising the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land—Water Supply Reserve, Joyce Road, Pyes Pa

Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the local purpose (water supply) reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

South Auckland Land District—Western Bay of Plenty District

4310 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 78387 (formerly part Lot 2, D.P. S. 51841), situated in Block III, Otanewainuku Survey District. Part certificate of title 44B/791 (new certificate of title reference allocated - 62B/213).

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District—Western Bay of Plenty District

1.5100 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 78387 (formerly part Lot 3, D.P. S. 68116), situated in Block III, Otanewainuku Survey District. Part certificate of title 54C/881. Subject to encumbrance B.172694.4 to The Western Bay of Plenty District Council (new certificate of title reference allocated - 62B/211).

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby cancels the vesting in The Mackenzie District Council, of the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto and further, revokes the reservation, as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in the District of Timaru

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Timaru District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
