Notice of Election by Public Trustee to be Manager of Property

Pursuant to Section 80 (2) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that the public trustee elects to be the manager of the interests of the mortgagee Staff Superannuation Investments Limited which is no longer registered as a company under the Companies Act 1993 under memorandum of mortgage No. S. 125497, being unclaimed property under Part V of the Public Trust Office Act. The value of the mortgage does not exceed $4,000.

Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87Q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Royal Tongan Airlines Limited of Nuku'alofa, Tonga, I have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for its services to New Zealand to be carried on in accordance with an appropriate operating authorisation issued to Air Pacific Limited, Air New Zealand Limited or Polynesian Limited by the Director of Civil Aviation of the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand.

Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Greymouth Harbour Land

Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, the General Manager, Policy, having obtained pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, hereby approves, pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Grey District Council and specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

(a) All that parcel of land containing 1.9220 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 3321, certificate of title, Volume 8B, folio 936, Westland Registry.
