Public Notice of Intended Amalgamation of Companies

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned chairman of Westrays New Zealand Limited, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies, the information required by section 223 of the Companies Act 1993 for the purpose of amalgamating Hohfeldian Holdings Limited, Hohfeldian Insurance Services Limited and Westrays New Zealand Limited with the amalgamated company being Westrays New Zealand Limited.

The intended date of amalgamation is to be the 17th of November 1997.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered office—Fourteenth Floor, BOC House, 133–1337 The Terrace, Wellington, during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
