On Monday, the 22nd day of September 1997, upon reading the applications for release of liquidator by Moorcom Construction Limited (in liquidation) and Industrial Holdings Limited (in liquidation) dated the 21st day of July 1997, and upon reading the affidavit of Thomas John Perry filed herein and upon hearing D. B. Grover, counsel on behalf of the applicant, the High Court at Christchurch ordered that:

1. The liquidators of the companies be released from their administration of the property of the companies, pursuant to section 267 (1) of the said Act; and

2. The companies be dissolved, pursuant to section 328 (1) of the said Act; and

3. The companies’ records be destroyed forthwith, pursuant to section 328 (1) of the said Act; and
