Land Set Apart for Road at Punakaiki River

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule, to be set apart for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Land at Akaroa Acquired for Road and Road Stopped

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 75, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule, to be stopped and be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 256/17 (Canterbury Registry).

1136 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 2868; shown as “D” on S.O. 18642.
