The Resource Management (Approval of Enerco Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Enerco Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Approval as requiring authority—Enerco Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network utility operation of the distribution and transmission by pipeline of natural gas.

Corrigendum

Consent to the Distribution of a Changed Medicine

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 1997, No. 99, page 2329, notice number 5688:

(i) amend the entry for Menoprem 2.5 Continuous in respect of the strength for medroxyprogesterone acetate in the 12th line to 2.5 mg.

(ii) amend the entry for Premia 5 in respect of the strength for Tablet 2 in the 29th line to conjugated estrogens 0.625 mg, medroxyprogesterone acetate 5 mg.
