Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, both chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of Harbour Inn Wholesale and Export Limited on the 2nd day of October 1997 under the terms of a debenture giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
