Land Acquired for Road and Severance—Wellington District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice, to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of SH 53, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated in the Wellington District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 32A/925, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 475697.3.

Amending a Gazette Notice Declaring Land Road—Castle Hill Road, Tararua/Masterton Districts

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of June 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 3rd day of July 1997, No. 66, page 1578, under the heading “Land Declared Road—Castle Hill Road, Tararua/Masterton Districts” by substituting reference to S.O. 36215 for S.O. 36214 for the area thirdly described in the Schedule with the intent that the area described in that Schedule, as being marked “G”, be shown as so marked on S.O. 36514.
