Criminal Justice Act 1985
Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 18th day of September 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Kelly Wiliam McLean of 22 Susan Place, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention following his conviction on a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge G. A. Rea, has ordered that a
Mazda 626, registration No. JQ 8699
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kelly Wiliam McLean, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, on the 19th day of September 1997 by 5 p.m.

Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 10th day of September 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Robert James Shaw of 2/85 Greenwood Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 2 years imprisonment following his conviction on a charge of driving while disqualified having previously been convicted.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. P. Wolff, has ordered that a
1974 Holden Kingswood, registration No. HA 3944
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Robert James Shaw, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, on the 19th day of September 1997 by 5 p.m.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Marcellin College, Auckland.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 25th day of September 1997. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 39β45 College Hill, Ponsonby, Auckland.
