Notice is given that by a duly called special meeting of the above-named company on the 25th day of September 1997, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer be appointed as liquidator.

A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
