Take notice that on the 29th day of July 1997, an application for putting Sturdy Components Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 13th day of October 1997 at 10.00 a.m.
