John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 26th day of September 1997, they ceased to act as receivers and managers of all of the undertaking and property and assets of the company, pursuant to their appointment by the Bank of New Zealand (the debenture holder).

Note: The cessation of the receivership in no way affects the continuing liquidation of the company.

Edna Eileen Tait being the holder of a debenture dated the 6th day of September 1995, hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of September 1997, she appointed Warwick Leslie Syers receiver of Northland Brick & Tile Limited in respect of all the property of the company under the powers contained in the said debenture.
