Notice of Hearing by Appeals Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand
The Appeals Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand will be hearing an appeal by Mr J. T. Chapman against the decision of the disciplinary tribunal on Monday, the 6th day of October 1997 at 9.30 a.m.

The hearing will be held in the Willis Room of the institute, Level Two, Cigna House, 40 Mercer Street, Wellington.

Under the rules of the institute, hearings of the appeals council will normally be held in public and will be open to the news media.

The appeals council also has power, in the interests of any person or in the public interest, to hold a hearing, or any part of a hearing, in private.
