Customs entries for Vessels and Aircraft Determination Notice

PURSUANT to section 44 of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, the Chief Executive, hereby makes the following determination.

Short title and commencement – (1) This notice may be cited as the Customs entries for vessels and aircraft determination notice 1997.

This notice shall come into force on the 26th day of September 1997.

Entries for vessels and aircraft imported otherwise than as cargo – Entries in Form C4 (“Import Entry”) as completed in the form and manner described in the Customs (Import Entry) Rules 1997 shall be made in respect of such ships and other vessels and in respect of such aircraft, being ships, vessels and aircraft imported into New Zealand otherwise than as cargo, as set out in the Schedule to this notice.

SCHEDULE

Aircraft, ships and other vessels for service within New Zealand, whether or not they are intended for temporary service.

Aircraft, ships and other vessels on non-commercial visits to New Zealand.
