Application for Order to Vary the Wording of a Will

Please note that the trustees of the will of the late John Cornelius Fisher, dated the 15th day of July 1989, under probate P. 1646/94, granted on the 8th day of July 1994, intend applying to the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, the 21st day of October 1997 at 10.00 a.m. for an order that:

1. The wording of the will under clause 5 (b) (ii), be varied from “North Shore Branch of the Intellectually Handicapped Children’s Society Incorporated” to “IHC New Zealand Incorporated Northern Office”; and

2. The wording of the will under clause 5 (b) (iv), be varied from “Friends of the Deaf (Incorporated) Auckland” to “Auckland Deaf Society Inc”.

Any person, desiring to oppose this scheme should give written notice of intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland and the trustees, and the Attorney-General, not less than 7 clear days before.
