2. That the practitioner pay to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $74,762 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by that society.

3. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $32,360 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the tribunal.

2. That the practitioner shall not practice as a solicitor on his own account whether in partnership or otherwise until authorised by the tribunal to do so.

3. That the practitioner be censured.

The Fisheries (Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery Season) Notice 1997 (No. F49)

Pursuant to section 368 (6) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, hereby makes the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery Season) Notice 1997.

2. Interpretation—In this notice any reference to the Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery means the fishery described in Part III of the First Schedule to the Fisheries Act 1996.

3. Dredge oyster season—The period commencing on the 1st day of March 1997 and ending with the close of the 31st day of August 1997, shall be the Nelson/Marlborough dredge oyster season for the 1997 fishing year.
