Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the powers contained in a debenture given by Telephone Solutions Limited (in receivership) in their favour, J M Butland Limited as debenture holder has appointed Keith Norman Goodall as receiver of the assets and undertaking of Telephone Solutions Limited on 3 February 1997.
