Peter J. Old will only accept liability for those debts of the partnership incurred or otherwise ordered by Prestige Signs up to the 15th day of October 1997 under the signature of both Peter J. Old and Mike J. Walen.

Peter J. Old accepts no responsibility for debts or other liabilities of the partnership after the 15th day of October 1997.
