Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager

In the matter of the Receiverships Act 1993, and in the matter of The C M Wright, G S Wright and D N Wright Property Partnership No. 1 (in receivership) ("Property Partnership No 1") and The D N Wright and G S Wright Property Partnership No. 2 (in receivership) ("Property Partnership No 2") and The C M Wright and D N Wright Property Partnership No. 3 (in receivership) ("Property Partnership No 3") and The C M Wright, G S Wright and D N Wright Property Partnership No. 4 (in receivership) ("Property Partnership No 4") and The G S Wright, D N Wright, R A Wright and Furwright Holdings Limited Grocery Partnership (in receivership) ("the Grocery Partnership"):

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Receiverships Act 1993, that David Donald Crichton, chartered accountant of Christchurch, having been appointed receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, property and assets of Property Partnership No 1, Property Partnership No 2, Property Partnership No 3, Property Partnership No 4 and the Grocery Partnership, and having completed his functions and requirements as receiver and manager, will cease to act as receiver and manager of each of the previously mentioned partnerships on the 28th day of August 1997.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of September 1997, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Seedbank, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of March 1995.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all Seedbank's undertakings and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
