Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped in the City of Lower Hutt

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 12 June 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 June 1997 at page 1458 by adding that parcel of land described as being “Lot 2, D.P. 70237, C.T. 37B/559” to the parcels of land listed in the Schedule in that notice as adjoining that area of road to be stopped being 3434 m² marked “A” on S.O. 37760.
