Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

On the 25th day of August 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Phil Matthew Payne of 600 Ton Shipway, Crossroads, Tauranga, was convicted and fined $500.00 and Court costs $95.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 3 May 1998, following his conviction on the 25th day of August 1997 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge I. B. Thomas has ordered that a Mazda B1600 motor vehicle, registered No. HF 4441 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Phil Matthew Payne, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 25th day of August 1997.

Qualifications Recognised by the Secretary for Education for the Purpose of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to regulation 40 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 3rd day of August 1995, No. 75, page 2048.

Where an early childhood centre is a playcentre affiliated to the New Zealand Playcentre Federation and operates under the group supervision collective points system, the Secretary for Education hereby recognises the following certificates awarded by the Playcentre Association.

The Secretary of Education hereby recognises for the purpose of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990:
