Proposed Amalgamation

Notice is given that the three companies propose to amalgamate from 1 November 1997 into Jetco Group Limited.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal working hours by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at McCallum Petterson & Co, Level Eight, City Tower, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.

Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request.
