Notice of Resolution for Appointment of Liquidator

In the matter of section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Somerville Holdings Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of August 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Somerville Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The date of commencement of the liquidation is the 25th day of August 1997.
