Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 26th day of August 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that D & T Plasterers Limited be liquidated and that Mark Gerard Pfeifer of Bishop Toomey and Pfeifer, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

A directors solvency certificate under section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.

The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of August 1997.
