Registration of a Company as a Registered Operator—Voyager New Zealand Limited

In accordance with regulation 5 (3) of the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1994 (“the regulations”), I, David Alexander Galt, Manager, Telecommunications, Broadcasting and Postal Policy, Ministry of Commerce, hereby give notice that, acting under delegated authority, I have registered the company named in the Schedule to this notice as a registered operator for the purposes of the regulations on the date shown in that Schedule.

Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations (OzEmail) Notice 1997

I, David Alexander Galt, Manager, Telecommunications, Broadcasting and Postal Policy, Ministry of Commerce, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1. Short title—This notice may be cited as the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations (OzEmail) Notice 1997.

2. Revocation of registration as registered operator—The registration of OzEmail as a registered operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1994 (“the regulations”), done on 13 January 1997 and notified in the New Zealand Gazette on 16 January 1997, was revoked pursuant to regulation 8 of the Regulations on 13 January 1997.

Education Act 1989

The Point View School, Howick, Board of Trustees Election Notice

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101 (7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Monday, 26 May 1997, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the Point View School Board of Trustees. I also approve Tuesday, 10 June 1997, as the date for the first board of trustees meeting.

This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Joseph’s School, Waihi.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 16th day of January 1997. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
