In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Alcester Investments Limited, Eaglet Holdings Limited, Mowbray Developments Limited and Zig Field Investments Limited:

Pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and subsequent to the directors having resolved that each of the above-named companies would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga, was appointed liquidator of the above companies by a special resolution on 24 January 1997, by means of an entry in the minute book of the company, pursuant to the provisions of section 122 of the Companies Act 1993.
