Take notice that Michael Charles Leonard Moring, mortgage broker of Auckland and Adele Frances Moring, his wife, have appointed Neville Petrie Fagerlund and Euan Boyd Lindsay Hilson, chartered accountants, both of Christchurch, as receivers and managers of the property of Strathdale Holdings Limited (“the company”) under the powers contained in a debenture, dated the 28th day of November 1996, which property consists of all the company’s undertaking and all the property and assets, whatsoever, both present and future, including the capital of the company.
