Land Acquired and Land Set Apart in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Parts II and III of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve (service lane), subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for police purposes (Thames police station) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be set apart for a local purpose reserve (service lane), subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall remain vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.
