Pursuant to section 17 of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, notice is hereby given that Contact Energy Limited has delivered to the Minister Responsible for Contact Energy Limited its annual report for the year ended 30 September 1996, containing financial statements and audit report for the period. Contact Energy Limited has, with the consent of the Minister Responsible for Contact Energy Limited, published the annual report.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 October 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Jane Dugdale, in respect of Porirua Hospital Childcare Centre No. 1, Main Drive, Porirua Hospital, Porirua.

The centre has amalgamated with Hospital Childcare Centre No. 2.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 May 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Anne Mahn, in respect of Waterloo Teachers’ Childcare Centre, 99B Trafalgar Street, Lower Hutt.

The centre has ceased to operate.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
