Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On 16 December 1996 at the District Court at Tauranga, Jonathon Warwick Taylor of 151 Beach Road, Katikati, was convicted and fined $500.00, Court costs $95.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for six (6) months from 15 July 1997, following his conviction on 16 December 1996 for an offence of driving while disqualified.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. B. Wilson has ordered that a motor vehicle, registered number HG795, being a Hillman station wagon, coloured blue, owned by the above-mentioned Defendant, Jonathon Warwick Taylor be forfeited to her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, at such time as may be notified to the defendant at the premises of Country Coolers Limited, Rea Road, Katikati.
