Pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and subsequent to the liquidations of the above-named companies having been completed, I, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga, as the liquidator, hereby gives notice that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the above-named companies from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended).

Unless written objection is made to the Distict Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-513, Wellesley Street, Auckland 1036 within 28 days of the publication of this notice, the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.

Notice is also given pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of shareholders of the under-mentioned companies will be held in the offices of Fletcher Homes Limited, 812 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland on the 6th day of February 1997 at 10.00 a.m.

To receive and consider the liquidator’s account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
