Pursuant to Section 292 of the Companies Act 1955
I, Raymond McRae Maclean, liquidator of Spiller Rutledge Nominees Limited, whose registered office is the Office of Spiller Rutledge, Barristers and Solicitors, 75 Kilmore Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar, no later than the 31st day of January 1997.

The company is being removed from the Register because the legal firm of Spiller Rutledge is no longer involved in arranging nominee mortgages under the provisions of the Solicitors Nominee Company Rules 1988.
