I, Andrew Marchel Oorshot, hereby gives notice that for the purposes of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, I was appointed as liquidator of Keltie Farms Limited with effect from the 9th day of December 1996. The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore pursuant to section 213 (8), no creditors meeting is required to be called.

James Terence Taaffe and John Robert McCorkindale, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Radio Central Hawkes Bay Limited by the Court on the 6th day of December 1996, the date that the liquidation commenced.
