Notice of the Decision of the Minister of Lands re the Assigning of Place Names
Whereas pursuant to section 12 of the New Zealand Geographic Board Act 1946, notice was given on the 13th day of July 1995 of the intention of the New Zealand Geographic Board to assign the name Wai o Taiki Bay to a bay in the Tamaki River estuary and to a residential area adjacent to Wai o Taiki Bay, Auckland. And whereas objections were received to the proposed names and were dealt with pursuant to section 13 of the said Act.
Now therefore, I hereby declare that it is my decision that the name of the said bay shall be Wai o Taiki Bay and the name of the residential area will be Wai o Taiki Bay, and that such decision shall take effect on the 13 day of August 1996.

Land Vested in Landcorp Farming Limited
Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, and to an authorisation dated 26 April 1995 from the Ministers of Finance and State-Owned Enterprises, the National Regulatory Manager, Land Information New Zealand, hereby gives notice as follows:
Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Landcorp Farming Limited Vesting Notice 1996 No. 2.

Application—(1) This notice applies to all the land described in the Schedule to this notice, saving and excepting:
(a) The bed of any lake whose bed has an area of 8 hectares or more.
(b) The bed of any river whose bed has an average width of 3 metres or more.
(c) Any land covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at mean spring tides.(2) In subclause (1) of this clause, the terms “bed”, “lake” and “river” have the meanings assigned to them by section 2 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Vesting—Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, the land to which this notice applies shall vest for an estate in fee simple in Landcorp Farming Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Wellington and being a State enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986) on the 29th day of August 1996.\n
(i) Together with the appurtenant rights (if any) described in the Schedule to this notice; but,
