Road Realignment (State Highway No. 3) Scowns Hill, South Taranaki

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and to be vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), the areas of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (1):

(i) Both areas of stopped road described in the Second Schedule, together now known as Section 1, S.O. 13461, to be vested in Richard John Dwyer and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title A1/486.

(ii) Both areas of stopped road described in the Third Schedule, together now known as Section 2, S.O. 13460, to be vested in Patrick William Dombroski and Barbara May Dombroski as tenants in common in equal shares and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 166/45, subject to memorandum mortgage 403242.2.
