The directors of Chinnery Holdings Limited and Laffarge Holdings Limited, hereby give notice that it is intended to amalgamate Chinnery Holdings Limited and Laffarge Holdings Limited, pursuant to the Companies Act 1955, and to continue as an amalgamated company named Chinnery Holdings Limited with effect from the 1st day of October 1996.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of either of these companies and by any person to whom either of the companies have obligation at Millar & Miller, First Floor, Hannah’s Building, 93 Cuba Mall, Wellington or Aotea Lodge, Whitford Brown Avenue, Porirua.
