The liquidators have fixed the 27th day of September 1996, as the last day when creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

An application be made to the High Court for the appointment of Gary Traveller and Vivian Judith Fatupaito (or such other person or persons as the meeting may elect), as joint and several liquidators of Quicksparx to replace the official assignee.

2. Views of creditors:

To determine whether to pass a resolution or resolutions setting out the views of creditors of Quicksparx.

3. Liquidation committee to resolve:

That a liquidation committee be and is hereby appointed to act with the liquidators.

If the resolution is passed, to choose the members of the committee.

4. General:

To deal with any other business that might properly be brought before the meeting.
