Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

James Terence Taaffe of Napier, and Anthony George Lewis of Wellington, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Roadair Engineering Limited on the 20th day of August 1996, under the terms of a debenture dated 21 November 1995, giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over all of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
