Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of the above companies, or any person to whom one or all of the companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices at 79 Childers Road, Gisborne, or at the offices of Spicer & Oppenheim, Seventh Floor, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, during normal business hours.
