In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and the Companies Act 1955 Liquidation Regulations 1994 and in the matter of Property One Double Six Limited (in liquidation):

On the 29th day of January 1996, it was resolved by special resolution of members, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Property One Double Six Limited be liquidated and that Mrs Mary Veronica Corliss, manager of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of January 1996.

The liquidator hereby fixes the 21st day of February 1996, as the date on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice Calling Final Meeting
