Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Beardsley, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of Basic Foods Company Limited on the 17th day of January 1996, under the terms of a debenture dated 14 June 1989 giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

The receivers’ and managers’ office address is Coopers & Lybrand, Level Twenty-nine, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.

Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Smith Chilcott, Chartered Accountants, 27 Shortland Street, Auckland, with reference to Devi Enterprises Limited, hereby give notice that on 24 January 1996, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Devi Enterprises Limited, under the powers contained in an instrument dated 15 August 1995.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
