Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of November 1995, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 December 1995, No. 144, page 4705, realigning road in Waikato District by:

(a) Deleting “54D/572” and “H. 923711.2” from paragraph (b)(ii) and substituting “58C/872” and “B. 353024.3” respectively; and

(b) Deleting “Part Lot 2, D.P. 13636” from the Second Schedule and substituting “Lot 1, D.P. S. 75639”.
