On 22 July 1996 at the District Court at Hamilton Antonio Joseph Guzzo of 9 Seanranke Place, Hamilton, was sentenced to a total of 6 years imprisonment following his conviction on charges of receiving (2), aggravated robbery, aggravated assault (2) and possession of Class B controlled drug for supply.

And in addition to the above penalty, His Honour Judge Rea has ordered that $665.55 cash and a gold Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registered No. LC 4411, owned by the above-mentioned defendant Antonio Joseph Guzzo, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to sections 8, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 16 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 1991.

The articles are to be delivered to the Registrar, High Court, Hamilton forthwith.
