Royal Society of New Zealand Bill—Notice of Intention to Promote a Private Bill
Notice is hereby given that the Royal Society of New Zealand intends to promote a private Bill under the short title of the "Royal Society of New Zealand Act 1996".
The objects of the Bill are:
(a) To continue the Royal Society of New Zealand by way of private Act; and
(b) To modernise and reorganise the structure of the Royal Society of New Zealand; and
(c) To repeal the Royal Society of New Zealand Act 1965.
The promoter of the Bill is the Royal Society of New Zealand.
Zealand. Communications or notices to the promoter concerning the Bill may be sent to the promoter’s solicitors:
Bell Gully Buddle Weir, P.O. Box 1291, Wellington
(Attention: C. E. Duff).
A copy of the Bill may be inspected in accordance with the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives during office hours at:
(i) The District Court, Ballance Street, Wellington; or
(ii) The offices of Bell Gully Buddle Weir, Barristers & Solicitors, IBM Centre, 171 Featherston Street, Wellington; or
(iii) The Royal Society of New Zealand, 4 Halswell Street, Thorndon, Wellington.

Animal Remedies Act 1967
Licences Issued And Revoked Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 1014; Ag. 154)
Pursuant to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licences listed in Schedules I, II and III have been issued as follows:

The licences for remedies listed in Schedule I are new licences issued, not declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies.

The licences for remedies listed in Schedule II are new licences issued which have been declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies and may be administered to an animal only—
(i) By a veterinary surgeon; or
(ii) Under and in accordance with the authority or prescription of a veterinary surgeon.

The remedies listed in Schedule III are provisionally licensed as Prescription Animal Remedies subject to the conditions under which trials are to be conducted, and may be administered to an animal only—
(i) By a veterinary surgeon; or
(ii) Under and in accordance with the authority or prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
Pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licences listed in Schedule IV have been revoked.
